Hours per week: 40 hours (36 hours negotiable)

As an account manager, you're responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships. You're the first point of contact for customers and know how to translate their needs into appropriate solutions.
What are you going to do?
Trucks load and unload at this location daily. You'll ensure that all information is processed correctly in the system and administratively handled correctly.
Your tasks:
Managing and expanding existing customer relationships
Actively approach new customers and identify opportunities
Advising customers about products and services
Preparing and following up quotations and contracts
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
What are you bringing?
Experience in a commercial role
MBO/HBO work and thinking level
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good command of the Dutch and English language
Results-oriented, independent and proactive
Full-time available (36 hours negotiable)
