What are you going to do?
Trucks load and unload at this location daily. You'll ensure that all information is processed correctly in the system and administratively handled correctly.
Your tasks:
Process and handle orders
Contact with drivers and customers (international)
Being the point of contact on location
Proactive support in the areas of safety, personnel and communication
What are you bringing?
Administrative and commercial experience
MBO/HBO work and thinking level
Experience with MS Office
Good command of the English language
Flexible, hands-on and proactive
Full-time available (36 hours negotiable)
